Refund & Warranty Policy
At Neon On Demand, every neon sign is custom-made just for you! Once you approve the design mock-up, we handcraft your sign with care. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
However, we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If your sign arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within seven days of delivery, and we will provide a replacement.
Warranty
- Indoor Neon Signs: 24-month manufacturer warranty
- Outdoor Neon Signs: 12-month manufacturer warranty (when used properly)
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by incorrect installation, physical impact, or improper handling. If you experience an issue, please reach out with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos/videos of the defect (including the power supply and dimmer). We will assess and resolve the issue promptly by replacing the faulty part.
Incorrect or Defective Orders
If you receive the wrong sign, incorrect size, or wrong color (e.g., you ordered yellow but received white), notify us immediately. We will correct the mistake by replacing the incorrect or defective parts. Please note that slight color variations may occur between digital mock-ups and real-life neon lighting.
Exchanges
Since each sign is custom-made, we do not offer exchanges. However, if your sign is faulty or defective, we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Returns Policy
We accept returns and refunds only for faulty products. Our team will assess the issue and determine whether to repair, replace, refund, or partially refund the item. Final resolutions are made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Neon On Demand.
Hardwired & Installed Signs
If your sign has been hardwired or professionally installed, we are not responsible for any costs related to uninstalling or reinstalling the sign. If a presumed fault occurs, we may request photos/videos for diagnostics and may require the sign to be returned for repair or replacement. Any coverage under warranty for hardwired signs is determined at our discretion.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are beyond our control. While we do our best to estimate potential fees, customers are responsible for any additional charges.
Refusing a shipment due to import duties or taxes will result in full liability for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
