Every order is unique and so are our Neon lights!We follow you throughout the ordering process, once the mock up is agreed we hand craft the neon sign. For that reason, unfortunately we don't accept a return/refund due to a change of mind.
We accept returns and refund requests on faulty items.
In addition, we offer a 12 months warranty!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG NEON SIGN?
If there is an issue with your order, such as the wrong size, or the neon sign is defective or we send you the wrong color (for example you selected yellow and you receive the sign in white) then simply notify us, we will then resolve the issue ASAP by replacing the defective part.Please note: There might be a slight color difference from the graphics to the real life neon lighting. We do not offer exchanges because each product is made personalized for your specifications. However for any reason you find your neon sign faulty or defective, just let us know and we will resolve the issue ASAP.WARRANTY
Our Indoor LED neon signs come with a 12 months manufacturer warranty.Returns Policy
NeonOnDemand offers returns and refunds for faulty products only. Neon On Demand will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, is decided on a case by case basis depending on the source of the fault, and is at the sole discretion of NeonOnDemand.
Warranty Coverage for Hard Wired & Installed Signs
Neon On Demand bears no responsibility for any costs incurred when installing and/or uninstalling your sign. If, in the unlikely event that your sign is experiencing a presumed fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may require the sign to be sent back to us for replacement or repair. If you have chosen to have your sign installed and/or hard wired, NEON ON DEMAND takes no responsibility for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and/or re-installing your sign. If your sign has been hardwired in by an electrician it is at our sole discretion to decide if the occurring fault is covered under our 24 month warranty (indoor signs only).
CUSTOM
- Customers are responsible for any custom duties or import duties resulting from the shipping of their neons. We do our best to protect global customers from incurring additional fees. We can provide an estimation though according to our experience. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
- Customers take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs and resend shipment costs if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Delivery Standard excludes day of posting and time spent on customs clearance.
